How we stacked up compared to last month
I am incredibly proud of our team to see us consistently staying at our 3 minute median response time when replying to incoming support tickets! This makes it 3 months in a row now that we’re at the 3 minute mark! 3 months, 3 minutes, does that make it a hat trick?
It’s really interesting to see us staying around the same number of replies sent and conversations closed month after month. Even with traffic increasing, the number of projects posted, and that of projects funded all going up, our ticket count and median response times are all still holding constant month to month.
I give all the credit to our support team and their hard work, dedication, and putting extra hours in every day to start a little earlier and work a little later. Thank you!!

We also had our first ever Cyber Monday super sale that was a massive success! We had 74 people take us up on our free security check offer and we received some amazing feedback from clients thanking us for it. We also broke several records in the month of November like most number of new clients, most number of projects posted, and most number of projects funded!
Lastly, our affiliates have been absolutely incredible and are sending us a record amount of new traffic and projects posted. We love all of our affiliates and have invested heavily into our own custom affiliate platform, Referoo.
If you have a website and would like to offer your visitors and clients help with their WordPress websites, we’d love to talk to you more about how it works and to see if we might be a good fit to partner together. We’re able to share our revenue for the lifetime of the client and currently 74% of all first time clients post their 2nd project within 45 days. And continue posting projects over and over (and over) again! 🙂

What’s to come?
So much great stuff, this is super exciting!! Our team is all very busy and hard at work to introduce lots of new features to make your experience on Codeable even better!
One of the biggest and most exciting projects our team is working on is the Recurring project feature. We have a lot of clients and experts requesting this one and we’re placing the finishing touches on it now and plan to start beta testing it in just a couple of weeks.
This will allow clients to post what kind of work they would like done every month and once the amount is agreed to, then the client can fund their recurring project 1x and every month it will auto-renew until canceled. There will never be any contracts and a client may cancel it at any time.
We have some clients who have 1 site which they ask our experts to maintain and some clients who have 15 sites. All with different scopes of work they need to be done. So this feature will allow clients to easily fund the next month automatically for the work to continue right along.
Some examples of monthly maintenance work include maintaining and updating all plugins, themes, and WordPress core, keeping the site secure, regular backups, etc.
Or we also have some clients who work with our experts on a retainer basis for a set # of hours every month. So instead of funding a new additional task every time, it’ll be done on a subscription basis to make it faster and easier for the work to continue.
There’s some more exciting news to share, but that’ll have to wait until next month when we get a bit closer. Some cats aren’t ready to be let out of the bag just yet lol ?
Here’s to another great month and many more!
