Friendly and easy to talk to

Nathan is really friendly and easy to talk to, and I was comfortable discussing my business requirements with him. My technical knowledge is not great but Nathan was very patient and allowed me to explain what I needed in my own words, and was able to translate that into technical requirements. Very happy with the service received so far.
