How we stacked up compared to last month
Another month has passed and it’s hard to believe this is our 6 month anniversary of publishing Happiness Reports!
Something many clients may not realize is that we’ve been quietly testing our Codeable Team Division and the results have been incredible. What is the Team division? Great question! Our Codeable Teams are full agencies working within Codeable and who specialize in larger and more complex projects. These teams all have in-house developers, designers, QAs, and Project Managers.
To gain access to our teams division you’ll need to select the “Custom Project” option when posting a project and indicate a budget of at least $3,000. Then another field will appear asking if you’d like to post your project for our teams. Clients are more consistently posting projects in the $10,000 – $40,000 range, and some that are now approaching $50,000.
This is an exciting time for Codeable and as the success of Codeable Teams is increasing, we’re carefully increasing the number of teams available to help on these larger projects. I know what you may be thinking, that sounds great but are these teams all still pre-screened and vetted to ensure they’re able to deliver on the quality promise? You betcha!
Every single team started out as an individual expert and has more than proven themselves worthy of being invited to join our Team program. This is a special honor to be selected and only the best of the best of our individual experts are invited to join. And of course, they must be an agency to even qualify.

What’s to come?
We temporarily slowed down the screening process of our expert applicants in the month of October, but now we’re back in action and are actively reviewing, testing, and interviewing to see who has what it takes to work with some of the best clients in the world.
We’re also investing time and resources back into our experts to help them become even better. We really do care about our experts and understand they’re the backbone of our company and we want to take time to acknowledge all of the hard work that they do. Without their dedication and professionalism day in and day out, Codeable wouldn’t be where we are today. Our team is putting together some great resources to help them increase their efficiency, communicate with clients even better, and help to provide the tools they need to be even more successful on Codeable.
