Expect me to dig in, ask questions, and quite possibly come up with a spin to the original problem. I learned to use my coding, analysis and interpersonal skills to get to the 'question behind the question'. I believe this will get you the desired project output, by maximizing the effect on your day-to-day business and processes. Often by making things simpler, it can also improve the overall understanding and help lower long term costs of ownership. These approaches helped me to successfully build many different websites for clients from 1997 onwards. Being a business owner myself for 12 years (boutique website agency, 10-15 people), got me a lot of knowledge on bookkeeping, contracts, fiscal/tax and employment matters too. That solution quickly became my go-to tool for building websites. Ruud was very helpful in coming up with a creative solution to my problem, and was able to explain the process that was being implemented each step of the way. I am a reasonably intelligent person, but this kind of thing is way outside my knowledge base. Ruud was patient in his explanations, answering my many questions and had a clear communication style that left me feeing like I had a grasp on the information. Ruud was also extremely professional, kept me informed of each step in the process, and updated the Codeable chat each work day so I knew where the project stood. When we hit a snag (which most projects do), Ruud dug in and was able to fix the issue quickly and also gave me a temporary solution so my website would run while things got straightened out . I'm super happy with the entire experience. I will definitely use Ruud in the future.

I chose these ratings because Ruud was exceptional throughout the project. He went above and beyond. When needed he explained things in clear and easy to understand language (which is even more incredible considering as I assume English isn't even his first language!).

Ruud was absolutely fantastic to work with and a wonderful professional communicator. He was able to take us from audit to identify the problems we were experiencing with a complicated series of issues - all the way to providing solutions to every problem. We were lucky. AND, to top it all off, he took the project ALL THE WAY HOME to take care of 2 minor fixes in CSS and styling and a functionality ripple affect bug caused by our programming fixes and got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ruud without ANY reservation. Choose him. You won't be sorry. (I am not being paid for this endorsement, we are just simply that happy with his service and as a client needing to fix wordpress problems for my clients, he made us look like the hero. Therefore he is ours!)

Ruud is communicatively strong, a fine consultant and technically very creative. A must for every party. He keeps his appointments and always makes sure that you have a clear overview of the project and an excellent result.

This is the third project I have used Ruud for and his professionalisms, communication skills, creativity and problem solving skills are quite excellent. I already have my next project lined up... needless to say I'm very happy with the way each project has been run, and the final product is quite robust.

This is my second project with Ruud, and he continues to go above and beyond with his incredible skills, clear communication and timely responses. My site went down, having nothing to do with the portion we were working on, and he was able to come up with a fix for me explain what happened, and help me work through how to move forward. I will absolutely be working with Ruud in the future!
