More heart. ------------------------------------------------------------------ I have worked as a Software Engineer for more than 30 years, assuming roles as System Architect, Manager, Cyber Security Adviser, Sysadmin, Agile Scrum Master, DevOps, and Webmaster, among others, for private companies, governments, and military institutions. I received my MA in Arts/Computer Science from CBM/UFRJ in 1996. Today, I am a former Computer Science teacher at Brazilian Universities: UNESA, UERJ, and IME. ------------------------------------------------------------------ I am a FLOSS advocate. I am responsible for consolidating the PHP language. From 2001 to 2005, I led the implementation of the Free Software Project in the Rio de Janeiro Brazilian State Government. I spread Linux and Open Source among schools, companies, and all sectors. In 2010, I introduced the Agile Mindset and Methodologies to more than 350 engineers in PRODERJ (Data Processing Agency of the State of Rio de Janeiro). ------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm proficient in PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Bash, Python, C, C++, and Java. I have experience with Hosting, Infrastructure, Design, and Management. I work with Linux, Mac, Windows, Android, and IOS. My expertise includes WordPress, Drupal, Perl Mojolicious, Node.js, CMS, LMS, Internet robots, and Web services. I'm perfecting myself daily to master new technologies, like Blockchain/Crypto/NFT, Big Data/ML, PsyOps, and Artificial Intelligence.

Brilliant!!!! The effort made to meet my expectations was met by an exceptional personality, who has the manners of a gentleman and a work ethic I hope everyone appreciates. My task was not easy for a multitude of reasons, and although what I envisioned was not attainable at this stage, again due to a multitude of reasons but foremost financial. I was always met with a smile and a great person who made every endeavour to reach my goals. Thank you for all your effort and determination, I am very happy with the outcome and this is as a result of all your time and effort.
