Hi, Thanks for checking out my profile! I have been working with WordPress since 2009. In that time I have built websites for clients of all sizes, from bloggers & sole traders, to multinational corporations. Prior to moving to web design & development, I spent eleven years in the print design industry - moving from printer, to pre-press to design, then senior design roles. I love nothing more than sitting down with a large mug of coffee, writing code, and watching a site take shape on screen. Although I have worked with many WordPress themes in the past, or building a custom theme from my own starter-theme. I am now gaining a preference for building FSE (Full Site Editing) WordPress themes. The gains in site speed and useability for the client far out-weight anything previously available. I believe in ensuring all the work I do meets all accessibility requirements, is fast-loading and works on all modern devices and screen sizes. Mark did an absolutely outstanding job creating not only the website I wanted but offered guidance and suggestions that added value in designing a website that is beyond what I knew to look for. Replacing a very dated Joomla site, with a custom-built WordPress site, with e-commerce functionality provided by the WooCommerce plugin. Custom theme, plugins, and blocks.
Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI
LLNI is the only charity in Northern Ireland dedicated to blood cancer research. Their mission is to improve survival rates and quality of life for all blood cancer patients by supporting clinicians, scientists, and students researching these diseases. Our custom-built WordPress site helped their search-engine visibility, site usability and increased donations to the charity to aid research.
