Lucio gave us our first estimate and we went with him because he clearly knew what he was doing and communicated extremely well what was needed, how, and why. He successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with his work. He's so good that we immediately signed him up for another project that's 4X the scope.
