Ayodeji worked hard to complete the project, he delivered the project on time. The final product was good and to the level that i strive for. I am a very meticulous person and i did push Ayodeji quite hard to deliver. The only one thing i would say is its a good idea to have something you can show him so he knows exactly what the customer requires. On a few things we didn't quite have the same idea, that is not Ayodeji's fault, that is also i possibly didn't describe/explain it well enough. This meant it took more of his time than was really needed as we had to talk possibly more than needed if i had of been able to show him good examples.
