The Programmer was very easy to work with and the problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly. The only problem was that I wasn't familiar with the Project Work Flow and didn't recognize the steps I needed to initiate and complete. Overall good experience, but it would help newbie clients to have a work flow diagram or set of instructions about the work flow from first landing on your web site through project completion notification.

He did a fantastic job! I would recommend him to anyone in need of help with their website. I had hired and paid someone else to make design changes on my site previously and that person added unneeded apps and codes that left my website a mess. Thankfully Anup came in and fixed it all and it works well.
