How we stacked up compared to last month
Hi and welcome to another edition of the Codeable Happiness Report for November 2017!
We’ve had a busy month – in fact, the busiest month in Codeable history! What does the busiest month look like? It means we had the highest number of posted projects, highest number funded, highest revenue in company history, our refunds are down by 26% from the previous month, and our median average response time was 2 minutes!!
We’re sorry to say goodbye to our Happiness Hero, Jordy, who is unfortunately no longer with us. We wish him the best on his new adventure and thank him for his hard work and dedication to all of our users.
To help keep up with our growing number of users and website visitors, we’re honored to welcome 2 new Happiness Heroes to join our team this month.
Alex Negoita and Brady Friedrich – welcome to the team!!
Alex was one of our first experts on our Codeable platform, having started all the way back in June 2014. He had over 445 completed projects before joining us in-house and really knows what it means to deliver on the quality promise.
Brady started as one of our Codeable experts back in August 2016, and while he hasn’t been with us quite as long as Alex, he still knows what it means to bring quality and excellence to all of the clients he worked with.
We’re excited to now have them both helping us in-house to assist our clients and experts with all of their requests.
Having 2 new Happiness Heroes is one of the ways we were able to accomplish a median average response time of only 2 minutes this month! #proudoftheteam

We’re excited to have turned back on our expert applicant screening process! We had been in a temporary hiring freeze during the summer months and really up until just recently. But now we’re back in action, full force, and happily screening and interviewing wonderful new developers! What’s to come?
We’re all busy getting ready for 2018 and making arrangements for our 5th Birthday! It7s hard to believe 2017 is already coming to a close and another year is upon us. 2018 is already shaping up to be our best ever and be sure to keep an eye out for any Codeable emails coming your way. Our marketing team will soon be announcing what kinds of special deals they have cooking for our birthday celebration!
