How we stacked up compared to last month
We are excited to have another great month here at Codeable and we’re now only a week away from WordCamp Paris 2017!
This is a very special time of the year for Codeable as this is our big team event where we all pilgrimage from our homes and meet in Europe as a team and a family. This is typically the only time we all get together for the year and so we really try to make the most of it.
This year celebrates the 3rd annual WordCamp Europe event and each year has been very special to me. It’s not only a chance to strength our ties and bonds as a team but also a chance to get to know our experts better.
I know, I’ve mentioned it in previous Happiness Reports, but we are planning on having our biggest turn out yet of experts and we’re really excited to see everyone!
Our support numbers are increasing from last month with an additional 485 more replies sent, 623 more conversations (tickets) closed, and 567 more new conversations started by users.
And I’m extremely proud to say our average median response time is still holding steady at 3 minutes during weekdays!

What’s to come?
Our team is hard at work to wrap up a busy and productive Quarter 2! We have made some great improvements to our application for both our clients and our experts; some performance-related and also some new features (for instance adding files is a simpler more intuitive process now). Also notifications and how we filter projects have been re-engineered to help our experts find and manage projects easier, and we’re placing some finishing touches on a new landing page (to be revealed shortly)!
