How we stacked up compared to last month
Howdy everyone and welcome to the August 2017 Happiness Report!
Hope you had a lovely summer and now that the kids are back to school, it’s time to get back to work lol! 😀
I’d like to take a quick moment to apologize for the lateness of my report; I’m based in Florida and Hurricane Irma put me over a week behind schedule with the prep before and then losing power for almost a full 4 days… if you or friends/family of yours were impacted from the hurricane I hope everyone is Ok and safe and our hearts go out to those less fortunate.
We ended up having a great August here at Codeable and you can really tell things are picking back up again now that summer break is over. We sent 768 more replies than we did the previous month (July 2017) and managed to keep our average median response time at 2 minutes!
In other terrific news, we have a new Marketing Director at Codeable and it’s our very own Raleigh Leslie!! Raleigh started with us as one of our premier WordPress experts back in May 2015. Then in August 2016 he started working with us in-house as one of our premier Happiness Heroes and was doing a brilliant job helping clients and experts. Now 1 year later it’s official; Raleigh is our new head of Marketing and is doing some incredible things with our inbound marketing! He’s an invaluable asset to our team and we’re really happy to welcome him to this new position and it’s been awesome to see him hit the ground running so quickly. He’s already got 2 inbound funnels set up and more are being built out. Thank you Raleigh for all your hard work and dedication! 🙂

What’s to come?
We have a special event coming up on October 19 and 20th for the WooCommerce Developers Conference or WooConf – and we couldn’t be more excited!
WooConf is a fantastic WordPress conference put on by our friends at WooCommerce and Automattic over 2 days in beautiful Seattle (Bell Harbor), Washington and features 8 workshops and over 30 speakers!
Codeable was in attendance last year in Austin, Texas and it was awesome! This year should be even better though as we’ll have both Raleigh and Jordy in attendance along with Per, Tomaz, and myself.
If you haven’t got your tickets yet, there’s still time but don’t wait too long because they’ll likely sell out.
