Macy Gruszewski

I've spent more than a decade helping businesses solve problems, build better systems, and make technology work for the people who depend on it. From straightforward fixes to wonderfully complicated messes, I enjoy finding surprisingly simple solutions—and making the process a little more fun for everyone involved. Along the way, I've worked with organizations ranging from small businesses and growing SaaS companies to Costco, Forrester Labs, and Webby Award-winning projects. I've worked across page builders, e-commerce and learning management systems, hosting environments, and complex integrations. Clean code, messy code, legacy code, brand-new code—I've seen a bit of everything, and there's usually something interesting to learn from all of it. My background in systems engineering and business operations helps me look beyond the code to understand how everything fits together. I genuinely enjoy figuring out how things work, why they sometimes don't, and what we can do to make them better. Sometimes that means building something new. Other times, it means discovering that the problem everyone thought was terribly complicated has a surprisingly simple solution. Those are particularly satisfying. Whatever brings us together, my goal is to leave you with more than a working website: reliable, maintainable solutions, repeatable processes, and the confidence that things will keep working long after the project is finished. And hopefully, we'll have a little fun along the way.
