I have worked as a Software Engineer for over 30 years, assuming various roles including System Architect, Manager, Cybersecurity Adviser, Sysadmin, Agile Scrum Master, DevOps specialist, and Webmaster, among others, for private companies, governments, and military institutions. I received my MA in Arts/Computer Science from CBM/UFRJ in 1996. Today, I am a former Computer Science teacher at Brazilian Universities: UNESA, UERJ, and IME. I am a FLOSS advocate. I am responsible for consolidating the PHP language. From 2001 to 2005, I led the implementation of the Free Software Project in the Rio de Janeiro Brazilian State Government. I spread Linux and Open Source among schools, companies, and all sectors. In 2010, I introduced the Agile Mindset and Methodologies to more than 350 engineers at PRODERJ (the Data Processing Agency of the State of Rio de Janeiro). I'm proficient in PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Bash, Python, C, C++, and Java. I have experience with Hosting, Infrastructure, Design, and Management. I work with Linux, Mac, Windows, Android, and IOS. My expertise includes WordPress, Drupal, Odoo, CMS, ERP, AI, Internet robots, and Web services. I continually refine my skills to master new technologies, including Cognitive Computing, psychological operations (PsyOps), Ethical Software, and Cybersecurity Enhancements.
