I was the first developer at Generation Genius. I built the platform and kept it fast and stable as it scaled to 1.25M visitors a month and sold for $100M. Building the new site is usually the easy part. The risky part is changing a site that already has years of search equity behind it without losing the traffic, leads, and revenue it generates. I treat search visibility as part of the rebuild from the start, not as something to check after launch. The goal is to preserve the value the existing site has already earned while improving the platform underneath it. I also get brought in when things have already gone wrong. I helped a publisher recover Google Discover traffic after a core update, returning it to its best month on record, and restored 316,000+ articles after a botched migration wiped a twenty-year archive. Most were re-indexed within weeks. Detailed case studies available on request. Before this, I spent years at Single Grain, a marketing agency, working alongside SEO and growth marketers. That background shaped how I approach development. I think about rankings, conversions, and business impact alongside the code. I work directly with owners and senior teams, with a small team behind me: Luka on design and Max on development. I’ve worked remotely with US companies for 16+ years. I’m usually the best fit when you already have a successful site, meaningful organic traffic, and something worth protecting while you redesign, migrate, or recover it.

Full design process: brand direction, interactive moodboards, a logo refresh and detailed page mockups, then a custom Gutenberg rebuild to replace their Elementor site. Before launch, an SEO baseline audit mapped the pages carrying the firm's search traffic and backlinks, and that audit guided the content migration to protect them.

Full WordPress rebuild for an offshore gaming and corporate advisory with 28 years of domain authority. Swapped their 2012 u-Design theme for custom Gutenberg, consolidated 456 old URLs into 64 stronger pages, and 301-redirected every one so no backlink equity was lost.
