I found Matt Biscay on Codeable about a year ago when I was having issues with WooCommerce for the non-profit website I manage . He promptly fixed the issue and helped my site run smoother. This time I needed an optimization for another website built 4-5 years ago. Problems began when I couldn’t update a plugin and noticed the site getting slower and slower. Matt jumped right in and met my deadline. The project finished and I made the payment. Then I found I couldn’t access the backside of my Wordpress site. I panicked. Now, I am not a web developer – I know just enough to get myself in trouble, which I did a couple of times during this process. Matt was very patient as we messaged back and forth and he got things back on track. Codeable has a 28 day bug fixing warranty for which I am very grateful. I can without hesitation give Matt Biscay a 10 out of 10 score on his knowledge, efficiency, patience and his ability to help this 74 year old retired prof manage her websites. I know if I ever get in trouble again, he can help!
