I've been building websites since the late nineties. I began working with WordPress around 2005 with personal sites, and have since worked many jobs which either focused on WordPress, or worked in part with WordPress. I've worked with nearly every aspect of WordPress core functionality at some time, including theme development, plugin development, multi-site setups, installation, site migrations from one host to another, and data migrations from other content management systems to WordPress, and vice versa. I also have a lot of PHP experience outside of WordPress development, including Laravel, Drupal, and other frameworks.

Biggest news site in Washington, DC area. Responsible for data migration from custom CMS to WordPress, building "Closings" plugin, building weather plugin, plenty of additional work, both back-end and front-end. Closings plugin involved: custom post types, custom user roles, an entire back-end area for entering closings information, short-code that generated table for front-end, etc.
